Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we want to make our returns process as smooth as possible for you.

Returns & Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products for hygiene reasons. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged.

If your item is damaged during shipping or if there is a mistake with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is broken, faulty, or damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that in order to qualify for a refund or exchange,the product must be returned unused (if applicable) and in its original condition.

We reserve the right to reject returns if products show signs of being used

1. Never leave a candle burning unattended.

Safety is our top priority. Always extinguish your candle before leaving the room, especially if you’re stepping away for any length of time.

2. First Burn – Let it Burn for at Least 4 Hours.

On your first use, allow the candle to burn for at least 4 hours. This helps the wax to pool evenly across the top and prevents tunnelling, ensuring your candle burns evenly and lasts longer.

3. Trim the Wick.

For optimal performance, always trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn. This helps prevent excess smoke and ensures a clean, even burn. Keep the wick centred to avoid any leaning or uneven burning.

4. Use the Right Burner.

When using a wax burner, we recommend only using a 4-hour tea light to ensure a consistent, controlled burn. Using a longer-burning candle or an oversized tea light could overheat the wax, leading to an uneven or fast burn.

5. Don’t Burn Your Candle for Too Long.

For safety reasons and to maintain the best burn quality, we recommend burning your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. This allows the wax to cool and solidify, extending the life of the candle.

6. Extinguish Your Candle Safely.

Use a candle snuffer to safely extinguish your candle. Blowing on it may cause hot wax to splatter. Let the candle cool completely before moving or touching it.

7. Store Your Candles Properly.

Store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. This helps preserve the scent and keeps the wax in top condition.
